Cincinnati Center for Autism is committed to supporting individuals with autism by using a multidisciplinary approach and creating a team of committed professionals, educators, behavior analysts, speech and occupational therapists, and behavior technicians. Currently, we are actively seeking to hire for the current positions:


Executive Director:

Cincinnati Center for Autism (CCA) is looking for the next Executive Director to lead CCA into the future. The Executive Director
is the key management leader responsible for the effective operation of CCA including planning, staffing, directing, and
managing all instructional, business, and other operations. This role administers and supervises CCA and its team members,
provides leadership and guidance, and serves as a strong advocate for CCA’s core values. Reporting to the Board of Directors,
the Executive Director supervises and ensures adherence of CCA’s daily operations to established policies and legal guidelines
including, but not limited to financial, record keeping and employment.


Key Responsibilities:
Provides leadership to and manages the efforts of Center’s staff.
Collaborates with the Board to establish and change policies for overall program development, services provided and implementation.
Supports and directs public relations activities to build and maintain relationships with other organizations and the public.
Serves as a liaison with the local school districts for all Center students.
Monitors with management team student performance and assigns students to the appropriate classroom and student to teacher ratios.
Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of the Center’s fiscal operations.
Responsible for the development of annual budget with input from key Management; ensures all invoices, donations, deposits, etc. are processed accurately and timely.
Serve as a spokesperson for the organization's programs, participating in community events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Stay current with research and trends in autism care and related fields to inform program development and maintain an innovative approach.

Qualifications:
Masters in education, Educational Administration, or related degree is required.
Five (5) years administration experience.
Demonstrated leadership skills including the ability to hire, evaluate and develop quality staff.
Experience developing comprehensive student programming in all curricular areas.
Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills and an ability to relate to diverse age and demographic backgrounds.
Excellent organizational, management and small group leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to establish a work environment that promotes collaboration and cooperation among staff.
